The bodyboard school Surfguia2 prone and drop knee gives you the opportunity to learn to catch waves in the two most known forms bodyboard: prone (lying) and drop knee (a bullfighter).

Gran Canaria is one of the best places in Europe for the practice of
bodyboard, known places such as: Guancha, El Fronton, the
Hole (pipe), the Confital, Pico of the slab, etc.

In the hands of two of the best bodyboarders canaries, specialists
two specialties, you can learn Dropknee Prone and enjoying a
great variety of waves on beaches and spots of different levels of difficulty.
From waves on sandy beaches to volcanic lava reef tubes
perfect conditions for developing powerful aerial maneuvers such
as inverted, back flips, reverse air, air spin etc. and waves
perfect for Dropknee.

Yoni and Ruyman, local trainers, professional body boarders, in prone and drop knee, will be responsible to get started in this sport, develop and
perfect your technique, and if you already know bodyboarding, even prepare to compete: we adjust your conditions: both physical and technical.

The methodology will be very active through special courses, with recording photos and videos of the sessions, for further detailed analysis and visit different waves of the island with the increase in the level of the pupil.

These are the different courses of Bodyboarding we offer:

· 1.-course introduction to basic bodyboard: for people who
know nothing or little of the sport.

· 2.-training course: for people who know and want
advance in technique and turns.

3.-Course · Level 3: for people with a high level of bodyboarding.

School courses bodyboard, Surfguia2 are presented in the form of
packs, which include:

· 7 day accommodation in a Surfhouse.

• 5 school days, 5 hours a day.

· Material: fins, bodyboard and wetsuit.

· Pictures and videos of your session.

· Transfer to the best waves.
